KIPP Locking Bolt K0339
The KIPP Indexing Plungers are used to prevent locking positions from moving due to sideway forces. Also known as Locking Bolts, KIPP’s Indexing Plungers are made from cold-worked 5.8 steel quality class with a black oxide finish. This range is also available in natural finished stainless steel versions; either hardened locking pin or non-hardened locking pin. The diameter size of the Indexing Plungers thread ranges from 10 mm to 20 mm and the pin size ranges from 5 mm to 10 mm.

Note: Indexing plungers are used to prevent any change in locking position due to lateral forces. A new locking position can only be set after the pin has been manually disengaged. Form C or D is recommended for applications where the plunger remains disengaged over a long period and the pin should be prevented from springing back.
